HLR-Lookup Using the subscribers "Home Location Register" you'll be able to find out what network is used and if the subscribers phone is ported. An HLR-lookup receives an MSISDN (Mobile Subscriber ISDN Number) and returns the information about MCC (Mobile Country Code) and MNC (Mobile Network Code) if the subscriber is available, else it will return an error.
